Advisor for foreign workers is stationed within the Inspection Division of Tochigi Labour Bureau (Tochigi Roudo Kantoku-ka) and offers consultations concerning working conditions in English, Portuguese and Spanish. Foreigns worker, who don´t fell at home in Japanese language, can use this service.
