Who Can Use Our Services

  1. 大学だいがく・大学院だいがくいん・短大たんだい・高専こうせん・専門学校せんもんがっこうの留学生りゅうがくせい

    International students at universities, graduate schools, junior colleges, colleges of technology, and vocational schools.

  2. 学校がっこうを卒業そつぎょうして 3年以内ねんいないの人ひと

    Those who have graduated within the last 3 years.

  3. 日本にほんの会社かいしゃで正社員せいしゃいんとして働はたらきたい人ひと

    Those who want to work as full-time employees at a Japanese company.

What to Bring on Your First Visit

最初さいしょに 「求職登録」きゅうしょくとうろくを します。下したのものを 必かならず 持もってきて ください。

You need to register for a job search first. Please make sure to bring the following items.

  • 在留ざいりゅうカード（原本げんぽん）Residence Card (Original)
  • 学生証がくせいしょStudent ID Card

※アルバイトを 探さがしたい人ひとは 「資格外活動許可」しかくがいかつどうきょかの スタンプや 紙かみも 持もってきて ください。

If you are looking for a part-time job, please also bring your "Permission to Engage in Activity other than that Permitted under the Status of Residence Previously Granted" (stamp or document).

What You Can Do at Hello Work

  1. 仕事しごとを さがす

    留学生りゅうがくせいが応募おうぼできる会社かいしゃを いっしょに さがします。

    We help you find companies that accept applications from international students.

  2. 応募おうぼのための紙かみを直なおす

    エントリーシート（ES）や 履歴書りれきしょの書かき方かたを教おしえます。

    We provide advice on how to write Entry Sheets (ES) and Resumes.

  3. 面接めんせつの練習れんしゅう

    日本にほんの会社かいしゃの面接めんせつを練習れんしゅうします。

    We provide practice sessions for interviews with Japanese companies.

  4. イベントに出でる

    会社かいしゃの人ひとと話はなせるセミナーや面接会めんせつかいに参加さんかできます。

    You can participate in seminars and job fairs where you can talk directly with company representatives.

Important Rules

働はたらける時間じかんWorking Hours

アルバイトは1週間しゅうかんに28時間じかんまでです。夏休なつやすみなどは1日にち8時間じかんまで働はたらけます。

Part-time work is limited to 28 hours per week. During long vacations (e.g., summer break), you can work up to 8 hours per day.

ビザ（在留資格）ざいりゅうしかくについてAbout Visas

卒業そつぎょうした あとに日本にほんで働はたらくためには、ビザを変かえる 手続てつづきが 必要ひつようです。

To work in Japan after graduation, you must complete the procedure to change your visa status.
