外国人労働者向け相談ダイヤル

  厚生労働省では、外国人労働者の方からの相談に的確に対応するため、平成27 年6月1日から、5言語（英語、中国語、ポルトガル語、スペイン語、タガログ語）について、当該言語により相談できる「外国人労働者向け相談ダイヤル」を開設しています。

  「外国人労働者向け相談ダイヤル」では、労働条件に関する問題について、法令の説明や各関係機関の紹介を行います。

Telephone Consultation Service for Foreign Workers

The Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare launches a “telephone consultation service for foreign workers” on June 1, 2015, to help it adequately respond to requests for consultation from foreign workers. It is available in five languages (English, Chinese, Portuguese, Spanish, and Tagalog).
The service will address problems with respect to work conditions by explaining laws and making referrals to concerned organizations.
